The Holy Cross Parish Filipino Community (HCPFC) was formed in July 1997 under the guidance of the Parish Priest to provide assistance to Filipinos in Auckland. They have their own newsletter and every 4th Sunday of each month the 10.30 Mass is sponsored by this Community. Sometimes after Mass snacks are shared and a meeting held to discuss activities and to review the needs of Filipinos. Every Wednesday at 7 pm a novena is held to the Mother of Perpetual Help before the 7.30 pm Mass.
