Welcome to our Parish of Holy Cross
I do so on behalf of the whole Parish Community.
We are a large parish with a long tradition, composed of many different nationalities and ethnic groups. So, as a newcomer to our parish, or one who is returning, the size, traditions and composition thereof may be daunting for some. They can feel lonely, isolated and on the margins. This website will help you to meet this situation, inform you as to the life and activities of our parish and where the points of contact are. So, please make full use of it.
As a parish we are a community of faith, worship, mission and care. You will find a full outline of Mass times, Sacramental celebrations and other devotions listed. Our Sunday bulletin will help you to keep up-to-date with the weekly activities. If you need assistance, call on the Parish Office or on us. If you are a new arrival in our midst, please make sure you make yourself known to the Parish Office or to one of the Priests.
Next to the Church you will see the tennis courts (parking space for Masses), the Parish Hall, the Holy Cross School and the Friary or Presbytery at 14 Lavelle Road. Call and visit us so that we can do likewise with you.
