Please stay happy and safe by:
– Daily prayers
– Daily bible reading
– Recalling positive life events
– Where you can perform acts of kindness
– Where you can express gratitude
– Where you can practice mindfulness
Please know that we are here for you and I have already started welfare calls to Parishioners that I have phone numbers for.
In the meantime we must stay safe, and observe all measures to ensure that our vulnerable family members, neighbours and communities are protected and provided for.
